
Tins & Gin: A Special Dinner by Chef Charlotte Langley & Northern Rose Spirits

This is your oFISHal invitation to join Scout’s co-founder Chef Charlotte Langley and her friends at Northern Rose Spirits for a special dinner at Chez Ma Tante. Inspired by the distinct flavors of Montreal, Chez Ma Tante is located in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood and makes for the perfect location for a takeover by two buzzy Canadian brands.
Chef Charlotte will reel you in with a seafood-forward a la carte menu, while sipping on cocktails featuring Northern Rose Fundy Gin, which are sure to make a splash. The menu incorporates Scout’s deliciously crafted tinned seafood into each dish, including Lobster Fettuccine, Trout Dill Rillette, and Smoked Pink Salmon Kedgeree.
