In Person Registration, T-Shirt & Tag Pick Up Begins at 7:45AM

Adult Race – 3 mile run along the beach starting at National Blvd. then a 300 yard ocean swim.

Teen Race – 1 Mile run along the beach starting at National Blvd. then a 150 yard ocean swim.

Children’s Race – 1/2 Mile run along the beach starting at National Blvd. then a 50 yard shallow swim.

Free T-shirt to all pre-registrants & day of race registrants while supplies last
