Talk by Christopher Verga, Author of “Civil Rights on Long Island”

Christopher Verga is the author of seven books on Long Island history topics, including “Civil Rights on Long Island” which he will present at the Monthly Program of the Rocky Point Historical Society.

Hallock Homestead Museum reopens for tours Saturdays 1 to 4pm, now through the late Fall

Come visit the museum for the first time or if you haven’t visited in awhile. Exhibits have been refreshed and Docents will show you around our many rooms, including the Via Cava Gallery with sculptures by Temima Gezari, The Farm Room, and the Radio Room.

Our publications are available and it’s a short walk to see the 18th century Hallock Family Burying Ground.
