Summer Roll Making Workshop with Chef Halley Zelicoff

Learn how to make summer rolls (yes like the ones we sell in our market), using Amber Waves grown fresh veggies and edible flowers. Chef Halley Zelicoff will walk you through the process of what veggies to use, what the best practices for cutting up your veggies are, easy rolling techniques, plus how to make two amazing dipping sauces. We will go to the field to pick fresh herbs to go inside our summer rolls, and this is our first learning lab that will be hosting in our outdoor kitchen! Everyone will get to take home fresh picked herbs, plus their summer rolls and sauces.
