Self-Care an Act of Power: A Community Workshop on Heart Health and Physical Activities

Want to stay healthy through the holidays? Join the Mayor’s Commission on African American Males and Temple University for a Community Workshop on Heart Health and Physical Activity. Come out and hear from experts in heart health, take a yoga class, participate in an art or music therapy session, and experience a cooking demonstration. Light refreshments will be provided.

This event is open to the public and free of charge.
