Peconic Bay Medical Center’s Sweet Dreams Pastry Chef Competition

PBMC ‘s 2nd Annual Sweet Dreams, a dessert competition, will be held on February 6.  Foodies from across Long Island will gather to sample creations from top chefs at East Wind Long Island.  Top chefs led by PBMC’s Executive Chef, Chris Singlemann, will create themed chocolate masterpieces with prizes for healthiest, most creative, and best overall. Guests will cast their vote for their favorite dessert while enjoying the great tunes from PBMC’s own Dr. Sultan, and sampling North Fork wine/craft beer.  Guest can also participate in a fun basket auction and 50/50 raffle!! The proceeds from the event directly benefit the Emilie Roy Corey Center for Women and Infants and Breast Health Programs.
