March Music Matinee at Tiny Raccoon Books

After a winter hibernation, we are back at it with a series of shows this spring and summer. First up is our March 15th ‘Ides of March’ show which we are co-hosting with The Cave! The show starts at 2pm SHARP, is free* and all-ages. Bring your kids.

You can check out the books at any point before, during or after the show. We have a capacity of roughly 50.

* Entrance to show is free but we will be asking you to donate an item to a local charity to be announced later!

Electric Sky is a band from Long Island, New York that formed after jamming together in Bellmore’s The Rock Underground. Both 8 years old, Dylan (vocals, guitar) and Aidan {drums, bass) are a talented duo whose sound and style surpass their age.

Ringside Tonic was founded in Manorville, New York in 2017. We step between the lines of emo, alternative, indie, and mathrock. Our latest EP, Adrift, released in 2024 on all streaming platforms.

Cannon Fodder is a three piece alt rock band and we formed at LIU Post. We’re currently sophomores studying music technology and production. We’re currently working to release more music.

Parking:
Your best bet for parking is the LIRR lot is one block away- right next to the Gas station across the street on Depot Street. There are over 100 spots.

We have a small lot behind the store accessible from Hiddink Street. Our back door is open but lot is packed on weekend
