Juniper at The Vanderbilt Hosts a Frank Family Vineyard Dinner on 12/6

The Frank Family Vineyards Dinner on December 6th at Juniper (990 Corporate Dr) features a four course menu, each paired with Frank Family wines from Carneros and Napa. Appetizers start with a Fig Burrata Crostino and Shrimp Aguachile with cucumber, shaved onion, and cilantro paired with Frank Family Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The featured entree is a Filet Mignon with foie gras, truffle jus and parsnip puree paired with the Napa Valley Frank Family Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert is a Chocolate Hazelnut Tart paired with Frank Family Zinfandel. This limited seated event is from 5:30pm to 10:30pm for $150 per person.
