Health Care Proxy Seminar presented by Ellen Frank, Esq. at the Great Neck Library

No one is immune to illness, no matter their age. That’s why it’s so important to have a health care proxy in place. Join us to learn why it matters, what decisions you should consider when choosing a proxy, and how to select the right person to represent you if you can’t make decisions yourself. Ellen Frank, Esq., an experienced Elder Care attorney, will guide the discussion and help you understand the steps to complete a health care proxy form.
This program will be at the Station Library, 26 Great Neck Road, 2nd Level, Great Neck. Registration is required. Great Neck cardholders and residents can register online, in-person, or via phone. Non-residents are welcome as walk-ins, as space allows. For more information, please contact Great Neck Library at (516) 466-8055 or email adultprogramming@greatnecklibrary.org.
