Great Neck Library Sunday Performance: The Moshe Sobol Band

The Great Neck Library is celebrating Jewish American Heritage Month with a Sunday musical performance. Enjoy a relaxing Sunday afternoon as The Moshe Sobol Band plays a selection of jazz, Jewish, and original compositions. From the Tin Pan Alley composers to nigunim and to the future, the band contains the sounds of New York’s Jazz and Hip Hop, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. The music will be swinging, interactive, and joyful. Sing along to your favorite tunes while being taken on an improvisational ride that tells the story of the soul!

The concert will be at the Great Neck Library, 159 Bayview Avenue, Great Neck, on Sunday, May 18, at 2:00 p.m. Registration is required. Great Neck cardholders and residents can register online, in person, or via phone. Non-residents are welcome as walk-ins, as space allows.
