Join us at the Great Neck Library for an interactive concert for kiddos of all ages, abilities, and identities! We’ll get to dancing and grooving with our friends Ben and Anna.

The BenAnna Band is a nationally touring children’s duo that focuses on music, inclusion, abilities and identities for children of all ages. The Band’s performance emphasizes the importance of children musical interactions. They bring musical instruments for children to have a physically participation. Children can sing, dance and play to express their creativity and confidence.

The Band’s main goal is to play music! They play and create music that will be used for fun, for professional use, and for special occasions. One of their biggest goals is to create and publish original music for use in classroom settings for all child no matter their abilities.

Ben Norton worked as a summer camp counselor, administrative coordinator and a Neurofeedback technician in a therapeutic context in Vermont before moving to Long Island. He studied Music therapy at Molloy College in Rockville Centre, NY. Anna Delgado is also a music therapist, who works in a special needs preschool.

This program will take place at the Great Neck Library, 159 Bayview Avenue, Great Neck, NY on Wednesday, July 9th at 4pm. Registration for this program will start on Wednesday, June 25th. For more information, please contact the Great Neck Library Children’s Department at (516) 466-8055 x247.
