Controlling Blood Pressure for Better Health

Learn what is considered high blood pressure, the risks of uncontrolled hypertension, & how you can work with your doctor to better control your blood pressure. Xiaolei Zhu, MD, PhD, Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Stony Brook Medicine will lead this class at Emma Clark Library.

Also, the Library has blood pressure monitor kits that you may borrow! Inquire at the Circulation Desk in the Library’s lobby.
