Contrapunctus

ContraPunctus is a new band featuring saxophonist/clarinetist Mike McGinnis; pianist Carmen Staaf; bassist Gui Duvignau; and drummer Hamir Atwal.

The group embraces counterpoint, drawing on their collective experience in the free, straightahead, rock, and folk worlds to weave polyphonic adventures – their only rule is: listen.
