Chinese New Year Lanterns: Day 2

Please help us celebrate Chinese New Year for our second day of  making Chinese New Year Lanterns.  We will also be talking about the signifigance behind them.  This program is best for ages 10 to 18.  First come, first served due to limited supplies.
