Breastfeeding challenges are common for new mothers, but knowing what to expect and when to seek help can overcome those hurdles. In honor of National Breastfeeding Month, Aimee Liguori, Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, will discuss how breastfeeding helps build your baby’s immune system and offers ideal nutrition.
