Armenians in Jazz Featuring Yulia Musayelyan

Enjoy an evening of Armenian jazz and folk music with the Yulia Musayelyan Quartet at Joe’s Pub.

Russian-born Armenian flutist Yulia Musayelyan‘s music combines modern jazz harmonies, odd meters, and improvisation with folkloric styles from Armenia, Argentina, and other cultures, seeking to bridge distant traditions. She is joined by an international ensemble of some of the most versatile and in-demand jazz musicians in NYC and Boston.
