Advent Season in the Orthodox Church (English Language Services)

The season of the Nativity Fast (Advent) begins on November 15 in the Orthodox Church. A fast of forty days precedes the feast of Christmas, with special preparatory days for the approaching birth of the Savior.  We invite the Long Island community to worship with us during this holy season at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, 369 Green Avenue, East Meadow.  The Divine Liturgy (Eucharist) is celebrated every Sunday at 9:30 AM (Hours at 9:00 AM).
