Adelphi University’s Women’s Leadership Conference returns for its eighth year, offering a dynamic day of learning, networking, and professional growth. This empowering event brings together exceptional alumni and industry leaders to share insights on thriving in today’s ever-changing world.

Attendees will engage in thought-provoking discussions on topics such as leading with confidence, imposter syndrome, self-care, side hustles, and negotiation strategies. Additional opportunities include professional headshots, resume reviews, financial advising, and networking.

The conference is open to the public, with special pricing for Adelphi students, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends. General admission is $30 in person ($20 additional for dinner) and $10 for online access. Adelphi and high school students attend for free.
