The 12th Annual Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2023 returns on September 9th from 10am to 6pm at Harbor Point, Stamford’s beautiful waterfront community. This is Connecticut’s largest and premier health and wellness expo featuring 120 exhibitors, 8 different zones, free health screenings provided by Stamford Health, free flu shots provided by ShopRite, and numerous activities provided by sponsors and exhibitors, including free group fitness classes along the stunning Harbor Point boardwalk. This ONE-DAY family and pet-friendly health and wellness extravaganza is jam-packed with an exciting variety of exhibitors showcasing and selling health and wellness products and services. The 8 zones of the expo will showcase a Pet Wellness Zone sponsored by Spot On Veterinary Hospital & Hotel; yoga and stretching; group fitness classes; healthy food trucks; healthy food, beverages, and restaurants; eco-friendly wine, spirits, and craft beers; Kids Zone sponsored by Au Pair in America featuring fun activities in the sand pit area on Harbor Point’s Boardwalk; and the all-new Pickleball America Zone where everyone can experience the many health benefits of playing this popular new sport.
